Is there one plan or several?
One plan. Every subscription includes the full platform with unlimited SKUs and warehouses. Optional add-ons cover extra users, external channels and API access.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year in advance at $1,990, which works out to $166 a month. Monthly plans are $199, billed each month, and you can cancel anytime. The annual total is charged up front.
What is included, and what costs extra?
5 users and 2 channels are included. Beyond that, $25 per user a month, $50 per app a month, $25 per channel a month. Add-ons on annual billing get the same discount as the base plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days of the full platform, no card required.
